ABOUT QUINTEN

Quinten Jones is a human capital strategist, organizational advisor, and public impact consultant who helps leaders and organizations align strategy, people, and purpose to drive meaningful results.
As the Founder of Quinten Maurice Consulting, he partners with executives, organizations, and changemakers to design and execute strategies that strengthen communities and deliver lasting impact. His work spans community outreach, corporate social responsibility, government affairs, and organizational design: helping clients move from vision to execution with clarity and intention.
With over 15 years of leadership experience across banking, mortgage servicing, and pharmaceutical sectors, Quinten has led large-scale workforce initiatives, managed multimillion-dollar operations, and developed strategies that strengthen both performance and culture. He is known for translating complexity into clear, actionable solutions.
His experience also extends into the political and public sector, where he served as Florida State Deputy Operations Director for the presidential campaign of Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, and supported strategic initiatives alongside civil rights attorney Greg Francis.
Raised between Rochester, New York, and Central Florida, Quinten brings a grounded, human-centered perspective to his work: one shaped by diverse communities and a deep understanding of how trust, leadership, and impact intersect.
